We are a service-area business and travel to the job — there is no showroom to visit. Estimates happen on your roof, which is where the work has to go anyway.

Federal Way and South King County — including Kent, Auburn, Des Moines, SeaTac, Tukwila, Algona, Pacific, Milton, and Edgewood. Estimates are free everywhere in that area with no travel charge.

What happens when you call

2. 2We book a free on-site inspectionSame-day callback, and an inspection usually booked within two business days anywhere in Federal Way and South King County.
3. 3We walk the roof with youWe check the deck from the attic side where we can, count valleys and penetrations, and note the pitch.
4. 4You get a written pricePer roofing square, with tear-off and any deck repair broken out as separate lines, so you can compare it honestly against any other bid.
