About Federal Way Roofing

Federal Way Roofing is a licensed residential and commercial roofing company serving Federal Way and South King County. We handle roof replacement, repair, inspection, and moss/algae treatment across asphalt shingle, cedar shake, and flat/low-slope roofing, along with commercial TPO and EPDM roofing, and storm-damage repair with insurance-ready documentation.

What we build to

A roof looks simple from the street, and most of what determines whether it lasts is the underlayment, flashing, and fastening details nobody sees once it's installed. We install to manufacturer spec for this region's wind and rain exposure — not a builder-grade minimum — and we pull the King County or Federal Way reroofing permit as part of the job rather than leaving it to you. How we price

Estimates are free and on-site, and you get a written price with tear-off and any deck repair broken out as separate lines so you can compare it honestly against anyone else's bid.

If a repair or a moss treatment is the better spend than a full replacement, we say so on the estimate visit — including when that means the smaller job for us.

What we will not do

We will not roof over a deck we have not inspected, we will not offer to waive your insurance deductible — that is fraud, not a discount — and we will not tell you a roof needs replacing when a repair or moss treatment would do. We also will not publish reviews we have not received or credentials we do not hold — if you do not see star ratings on this site, that is deliberate.
